Collecting ratings
The new YunoJuno ratings system will allow both clients and freelancers to submit a rating and an additional review at the end of a booking.
The rating is based on a five point scale, with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest.
Both parties will also be able to choose from an array of tags to provide more detail on their choice of rating which we will build into the platform experience.
Clients will be able to add a public comment which will be displayed on the freelancer’s profile, and they'll also be able to share private feedback they had directly with the freelancer.
Freelancers can provide a comment that will be shared with the client, and also a private comment which will only be shared with YunoJuno.

Comment moderation
Before a comment submitted with a rating appears on a freelancer's profile page, it will be moderated by the YunoJuno team, to ensure that it is not offensive or inappropriate. You can read our review guidelines for more on this.
Displaying ratings
Ratings and comments submitted about a freelancer’s work will be displayed in a new section on the freelancer profile page to empower prospective hirers to find the best-suited freelancer for their project.

Ratings and comments submitted about clients by freelancers aren’t displayed publicly on the platform, however, they are aggregated and shared in an anonymised state with the clients.
This enables YunoJuno to ensure that clients using the platform are behaving fairly to freelancers, as well as helping the clients to improve how they engage with freelancers. More in the FAQ.
Existing ratings
Any existing "positive bookings" ratings which a freelancer has collected during their time on the platform will be converted into a 5-star rating. For example, a freelancer with twenty ‘positive booking’ ratings in the existing system will now have twenty ‘5-star’ ratings in the new system.
