The Ambassador Programme is open to all YunoJuno freelancers who qualify as an Ambassador.

Ambassadors will have the opportunity to be rewarded:

To qualify for the reward, the Client needs to be first qualified in an introductory video call with the YunoJuno Community Manager and the Ambassador. The presence of the Client is not necessary at this stage.

Every Client referral is subject to review by the YunoJuno team. The YunoJuno team will feed back to the Ambassador within the three (3) working days to advise whether the Client has qualified under the criteria of the Ambassador Programme, following the call mentioned in Clause 8 below.

If the Client does not qualify as an Ambassador referral, the Ambassador may choose to use our regular Refer a Client scheme instead. For the avoidance of doubt, the Ambassador will not be rewarded under both the Ambassador Programme and Refer a Client scheme.

The Client must be a company of more than 500 employees.

The Client referred:

shall not be an existing or previous YunoJuno client

shall not have been previously engaged by or introduced to YunoJuno by the Ambassador or any third party; and

shall not have made any previous bookings via the Platform.

If the Client is identified as a Qualifying Client, We will invite them and the Ambassador to the follow-up call with the Sales Team.

We will reward the Ambassador with either:

a £50 Amazon voucher if the Qualifying Client joins the follow-up call, regardless of its outcome.

a £75 voucher if both the Ambassador and the Qualifying Client join the follow-up call, regardless of its outcome.

The reward goes to the first Ambassador who recommends the Qualifying Client.

It is not necessary for the Ambassador to be booked by the Qualifying Client on the YunoJuno Platform in order to receive the reward.

Any other benefits, such as opportunities to be showcased on YunoJuno social media channels and featured in articles, vary depending on the level of Ambassador’s activity and will be discussed with each Ambassador on a case by case basis. For the avoidance of doubt, We do not guarantee any compensation will be paid to an Ambassador with respect to such opportunities.

The Ambassador will receive the Amazon voucher in the month following the month in which the follow-up call has taken place. For example, if the follow-up call took place in December, the Ambassador will receive their voucher in January.

Where applicable, the Ambassador will receive twenty (20)% of YunoJuno’s commission on any bookings made by the Qualifying Client after the six (6) months from completion of their registration on to the Platform.

The commission will be paid to the Ambassador within thirty (30) days of YunoJuno receiving the payment from the Qualifying Client.

The Ambassador will receive their reward by bank transfer at the end of the six (6) months following the Qualifying Client’s registration onto the Platform. For example, if the Qualifying Client registers in January, the Ambassador will receive their reward at the end of July.

Each party will be responsible, as required under applicable law, for identifying and paying all taxes and other governmental fees and charges (and any penalties, interest, and other additions thereto) that are imposed on that party upon or with respect to the transactions and payments under this agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Ambassador will be solely responsible for their own tax obligations under this agreement and an indemnification undertaking by the Ambassador may be required.
