1. How to approve a timesheet (except for US W-2 Employees)
Contractors need to submit their timesheets on a weekly basis in order to get paid. Once a timesheet has been submitted it will show up in the hirers 'Timesheets' tab as well as in their dashboard. The timesheets will be tagged as submitted, which means the contractor has already filled out the timesheet on their end and submitted it for your approval.
Hirers need to click on 'View timesheet' to review it and approve it.
If the timesheet is incorrect you can reject it so the contractor can amend it. You should message the contractor through the message box with further instructions and the rejection reason.
Timesheets should be approved as soon as possible after being submitted in order to avoid delays in the contractor's payment.
