1. How to approve a timesheet (except for W-2 Employees)
Freelancers need to submit their timesheets on a weekly basis in order to get paid. Once a timesheet has been submitted it will show up in the hirers 'Timesheets' tab as well as in their dashboard. The timesheets will be tagged as submitted, which means the freelancer has already filled out the timesheet on their end and submitted it for your approval.
Hirers need to click on 'View timesheet' to review it and approve it.
If the timesheet is incorrect you can reject it so the freelancer can amend it. You should message the freelancer through the message box with further instructions and the rejection reason.
Timesheets should be approved as soon as possible after being submitted in order to avoid delays in the freelancer's payment.

We process payroll to ensure that all workers are paid on-time
