Import Your Work History from LinkedIn

Creating and maintaining your YunoJuno profile is a key part of giving yourself the best chance of being selected for the roles published on the platform.

Our new LinkedIn Profile Import feature allows freelancers to use a PDF of their LinkedIn profile to automatically populate the Work History element of their YunoJuno profile.

To use the feature, just do the following:

  1. Download your profile as a PDF from LinkedIn

  2. Log into the YunoJuno platform

  3. Navigate to your Profile in YunoJuno

  4. Click on the 'Work history' tab on the Profile page

  5. Click on 'Upload PDF' in the banner

  6. Select the PDF file of your LinkedIn profile

  7. Once your profile has been scanned and imported, click on the pen icon next to each record and add at least 3 skills, before saving the record

How do I download my CV from LinkedIn?

To download your LinkedIn profile as a PDF, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your profile page in LinkedIn

  2. Click on the 'Resources' button in the header of your profile

  3. Select 'Save to PDF' from the menu

  4. Go to the folder where your downloads are saved to

How do I get to my YunoJuno Profile?

In the top right-hand corner of the YunoJuno platform, you will see a circular icon, which will either show your initials or the profile picture you have uploaded.

Click on this icon and then click on 'Profile' in the menu that is displayed.

Does this feature work if my CV is in another format?

No, currently this feature only works for profiles downloaded directly from LinkedIn. However, we hope to extend this functionality in future to accept CVs in other formats, so watch this space...
